In January 2013, Ally contracted with Beijing Aerospace Institute 101, provided a 800Nm3/h hydrogen generation plant based on methanol reforming, provided the institute liquid hydrogen as fuel for launching satellites in Northern China.
In October 2011, Ally contracted with Blue Star ( Xichang ) Aerospace Chemical Ltd, provided a set of 600Nm3/h hydrogen plant based on methanol reforming. This plant started production in Jan. 2013, supplied liquid hydrogen for launching satellites Chang’e 2 and Chang’e 3.
In October 2011, Ally contracted with Blue Star ( Hainan ) Aerospace Chemical Ltd, provided a set of 1500Nm3/h hydrogen plant based on methanol reforming to provide liquid hydrogen for satellite launching in Hainan Satellite Launching Center.
In August 2009, cooperated with Shanghai Tongji University ( Shanghai Shunhua New Energy System Ltd. ) to provide a set of 280 Nm3/h PSA hydrogen purification plant for Shanghai Expo.
In July 2009, Ally cooperated with Shanghai University to make a 30Nm3/h hydrogen plant based on coke oven gas, project number is 2006AA030201. This project is a major one of national 863 projects to provide Hydrogen for the hydrogen fueling stations of Shanghai Expo in 2010.
In February 2009, Ally cooperated with Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Science for Synthesis Gas Generation via ATR (Autothermal Reforming) and a 100Nm3/h hydrogen pilot plant via Paliadium Membrane Separation. This project is sponsored by BP. It represents the most advanced NG reforming technology to produce hydrogen.
In September 2007 Ally cooperated with Tsinghua University for engineering, manufacturing and operating of a hydrogen refueling station for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Its core content is 50Nm3/h SMR hydrogen generation. This project passed the acceptance test on August 6, 2008 by the client and passed the acceptance test by National 863 Project Team on January 22, 2009.It provided hydrogen for fuel-cell powered vehicles of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. This is the smallest H2 plant in China with the most advanced technology. It represents the SMR- H2 technology of the internationally advanced level.
In 2006, Ally cooperated with South China University of Technology and worked in R&D of new kind of high purity H2 generation equipment via fluidized-bed palladium membrane. 25 μm palladium membrane was adopted and it represents the worldly advanced technology.
In 2004, Ally cooperated with Shanghai Tongji University in developing, engineering and manufacturing of a hydrogen purification plant for H2 refueling stations. It is a National 863 Project to develop technology for high pressured hydrogen fueling station and fuel cell powered vehicles in Shanghai. The project was completed in June 2005 and passed the acceptance test by National 863 Project Team on October 19, 2007. It kept on supplying hydrogen to the H2 refueling station located in Anting, Shanghai and became a model of fuel cell projects in China. This project developed the first combined technology of membrane plus PSA to obtain purified H2 from six types of industrial gas sources with H2 contents.
